Job summary

Talogy in Warrington seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Consulting Support delivery. You will coordinate internal and external projects, set up and track OpenAir tasks, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and risks.

Working with consultants and clients, you will manage scheduling, communications, participant bookings, and project documentation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. English and French fluency is preferred, with experience in MS Project/Jira.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment is preferred.
• Must speak fluent English and French.
• Education/certification in project management is preferred.
• Proficiency in using web-based project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks and achievements to the Consulting Support Manager.
• Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure delivery on time and to budget.
• Set up projects in OpenAir, assign tasks and planned hours, and monitor booking of hours.
• Coordinate internal and external projects end-to-end or support specific tasks within a project.
• Manage client communications, bookings, timelines and delivery logistics.
• Support with post-delivery communications, reports and QA to SLA standards.
• Coordinate materials, travel and accommodation as required for client engagements.
• Assist with revenue and invoicing processes and project documentation where needed.
