Job summary

Talogy in Leeds is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support our Consulting Support team. You will coordinate internal and client projects, manage OpenAir setup, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.

You will work with the Lead Consultant, Project Lead and Client Partner to maintain high standards of service, handle logistics, bookings, reporting and QA across global delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment is preferred.
• Must speak fluent English and French.
• Education/certification in project management is preferred.
• Proficiency in using web-based project management software, e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
• Demonstrable experience collaborating with others, multitasking and prioritizing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Proactively provide regular updates to the Consulting Support Manager on project progress, challenges and achievements.
• Track project progress with Lead Consultant/Project Lead; manage risks and issues; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.
