Job summary

Tab is expanding its team in London and seeks a Customer Success and Operations Associate. You will be the main contact for customers, ensuring they gain value from the platform while keeping day-to-day operations smooth. You’ll handle inbox and calls in English and Spanish, with additional language interest noted.

You’ll onboard users, drive adoption of core features, and work on internal processes and AI-driven improvements to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and delivering great service.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organisation skills.
• Interest in improving internal processes and using AI to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer inquiries across channels and resolve issues.
• Onboard new users and guide them through product features.
• Improve operational workflows with AI and other tools.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth daily operations.
