Job summary

Monzo Business is launching in Spain and is hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Acquisition Specialist in London, working with the UK Sales team and collaborating across Spain Go-To-Market, Growth Product, Customer Operations, Risk and Compliance to shape the journey.

Qualifications

• You’re fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have experience supporting or selling to small businesses, ideally within financial services, SaaS or another consultative environment.
• You enjoy building trust with customers by asking thoughtful questions and explaining complex topics in a simple, empathetic way.

Responsibilities

• Support Spanish-speaking prospective customers throughout their onboarding journey via phone and email, helping them confidently navigate Monzo Business.
• Explain our products and application process clearly, ensuring customers understand their next steps without providing financial, legal or regulatory advice.
• Work on assisted-conversion initiatives such as waitlists, application recovery and product education to improve customer outcomes.
• Capture customer feedback, recurring questions and journey friction, turning conversations into actionable insights that influence Product, Growth and Operations.
• Maintain accurate customer records, consent and activity within our CRM, ensuring excellent data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Product, Operations, Risk and Compliance to continuously improve our launch and customer experience.
• Escalate customers appropriately when specialist support is required, always putting customer outcomes first.
