Job summary

Monzo is expanding Monzo Business in Spain, and we’re seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our UK Sales team. You’ll help onboarding and convert prospects while learning from cross-functional collaborators across Spain Go-To-Market, Growth Product, Customer Operations, Risk and Compliance.

You’ll work in a fast-moving environment, building trust with customers and guiding them through the application process with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting or selling to small businesses, ideally in financial services, SaaS or another consultative environment.
• Ability to build trust with customers by asking thoughtful questions and explaining complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support Spanish-speaking prospective customers via phone and email during onboarding.
• Explain products and application steps clearly, without providing financial, legal or regulatory advice.
• Work on assisted-conversion initiatives such as waitlists, application recovery and product education to improve outcomes.
• Capture customer feedback and journey friction to influence Product, Growth and Operations.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM with data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk and Compliance to improve launch and customer experience.
• Escalate customers appropriately when specialist support is required.
