As the Bid Writer, you will play a key role in securing new business opportunities by producing high-quality, compelling bid submissions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to create persuasive and compliant proposals aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, write, and coordinate high-quality bid and tender submissions
  • Review tender documentation, identify key requirements, and develop win themes
  • Work with internal teams (estimating, commercial, operations) to gather content and insights
  • Ensure all responses are compliant with client instructions and evaluation criteria
  • Maintain and update a library of bid content, case studies, and templates
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure all submissions are delivered on time
  • Support post-submission activities such as clarifications and interviews as needed

  • Proven experience as a Bid Writer within the construction industry
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
