Job summary

PIB Group is hiring a commercially minded Bid & Sales Enablement Executive to support pitches, RFPs, and client materials for our Specialty division across the UK in a hybrid role.

You will own a library of standard bid responses, translate complex Specialty content into clear messaging, design on-brand documents, and collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to win new business and strengthen the PIB story.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and design skills for clear, persuasive content.
• Experience supporting bids, tenders, proposals or RFPs.
• Commercial awareness of how sales win and retain clients, ideally in Specialty or niche insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support pitches, tenders, RFPs and client questionnaires for our Specialty division, coordinating with sales, marketing and SMEs.
• Own a library of standard bid responses, credentials, case studies and content to improve quality and consistency of submissions.
• Create and update sales materials, including pitch decks and proposals, translating complex Specialty content into clear messaging.
• Support development of reusable, scalable sales tools and gather proof points and testimonials.
• Design professional, on-brand documents and presentations aligned to brand guidelines.
• Build relationships across Specialty sales, marketing and operations to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
