CBRE Group, Inc. in London seeks an experienced Senior Bid Manager to drive PQQ and tender processes, producing high-quality documents and coordinating cross-functional teams to win major opportunities.

You will support BDMs, the BDD and the Solutions Director, and represent CBRE at industry events while aligning with central marketing and knowledge-base initiatives. APMP certification and 5+ years in bid management are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bids/tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires
• Ability to develop compelling tender documents and presentations
• Strong communication skills across internal teams and clients
• Proven track record of delivering on time and to a high standard
• APMP Practitioner certification is advantageous
• Degree in a related field is desirable

Responsabilités

• Deal promptly and professionally with pre-qualifications and distribute documents to BUCs
• Identify requirements of opportunities and suggest response strategies
• Manage end-to-end tender project delivery from initiation to submission
• Coordinate contributions from team members to ensure timely responses
• Develop tender documents and presentations with support from procurement, HR, QHSE
• Maintain client communications throughout the bid process
• Attend tender site visits and client meetings as required
• Raise CBRE profile at industry events and through marketing collateral
• Collaborate with central marketing to draft press releases and articles
• Keep BD team updated on industry trends and competitor activity
• Liaise with CBRE units to share best practice
• Input weekly sales data and maintain knowledge base materials
• Prepare materials for marketing events and client meetings
• Provide administrative support to the Corporate BD team
• Mentor BUCs to improve PQQ and tender writing skills
• Deliver internal and external training for BDMs and BUCs
