PiLON, part of United Infrastructure, is seeking a detail-oriented Bid Writer to join the team. You will produce high-quality bid documents that reflect the brand and respond to PQQs and ITTs for social housing projects.

You’ll gather technical information from multiple internal departments, ensure consistency in tone, and help expand the bid library to support our growth plans. This fast-paced role offers opportunities to influence winning submissions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bid writing within the construction and social housing sector.
• Excellent written English with clarity and structure.
• Ability to manage multiple submissions and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create persuasive, well-structured bid responses to PQQs and ITTs.
• Gather technical and project data from internal teams for bids.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure brand voice across documents.
• Maintain and update the bid library with current content.
• Support alignment of submissions with client needs and market trends.
• Meet deadlines while upholding high standards of quality.
