BWB Consulting Ltd is seeking a motivated Bid Manager to help drive national and regional growth through strategic bids and pursuits. You will lead bid responses from pre-bid to submission, coordinating with SMEs and external partners to produce compelling, commercially focused content.

You will liaise with industry stakeholders, maintain trackers and frameworks, and support the National Bid & Frameworks Manager across bid and growth activities. This role emphasizes collaboration and accuracy.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting and delivering bids across sectors and opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple bids of varying size and complexity, including third-party collaborations.
• Strong bid writing and content development to communicate capabilities and value proposition.
• Excellent editing and proofreading to maintain consistent tone across content.

Responsabilidades

• Research and monitor tender opportunities from enquiry to submission and interview stages.
• Coordinate development of high-quality bid submissions with SMEs.
• Align technical and commercial elements for clear, compelling submissions.
• Coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather input and evidence for bids.
• Review bids, capture feedback, and share lessons learned for future submissions.
• Maintain enquiry trackers and identify cross-selling opportunities across the business.
• Maintain the Framework Register and monitor opportunities via frameworks.
• Prepare bid documentation, reports, presentations and PQQs.
• Develop pre-bid engagement plans for key opportunities.
• Ensure bid materials comply with branding and quality standards.
• Provide coordination support to the National Bid & Frameworks Manager.
• Attend industry events to gather market intelligence and opportunities.
