A global technology consulting firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the bid management cycle within the GrowthX team. Responsibilities include managing multiple bids, ensuring high-quality proposal outputs, and coordinating across teams. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented team player with strong project management skills and a perfect command of English. This role requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
We are seeking a Bid Manager (Project Manager/ Deal Coordinator) to join the GrowthX Bid Management Team to support the bid process, new business generation activities, and preparation of documentation for formal tenders, handling client requests (RFIs/ RFPs, etc.), and creating content for client's presentations. Multitasking and being proactive is a must. Each team member is also expected to lead one or more internal team areas or initiatives contributing towards evolution of business processes and effectiveness. The Bid Manager owns the full bid management cycle to increase efficiency, time to quote, quote to cash and consequently significantly improves our customer experience.
