Overview

Your compliance management expertise will ensure all submissions meet fire certification standards and industry regulations. You'll also support contract negotiation processes and maintain our bid management software and CRM systems. The role demands someone who thrives under pressure - you'll be juggling multiple deadlines while maintaining the high standards that win contracts. Your strategic thinking and exceptional proposal writer skills will be crucial in positioning us ahead of competitors. Experience in pre-sales activities, tender management, and fire risk assessment knowledge will be highly valued.

What We're Looking For

We need someone with proven bid management, proposal management, or tender coordination experience and a track record of winning proposals in the fire safety, fire protection, or construction industry. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, have excellent technical writing and communication skills, and be proficient with MS Office Suite, Share Point, and ideally In Design for proposal formatting. Experience with bid management software and CRM systems is essential. Knowledge of fire safety systems, life safety systems, fire engineering principles, and building services will set you apart. Understanding of fire safety compliance requirements, NFPA standards, and BS 5839 regulations is desirable. Most importantly, you need the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
