We are seeking a strategic and experienced Bid Lead to join the team, and help manage and develop a team of bid writers / coordinators. This critical leadership role involves overseeing and integrating existing bidding teams as a key milestone in delivering our strategic growth plan. The Head of Bidding will play a pivotal role in securing new business and driving the company's growth objectives. This is a hybrid role, a combination of working from home with travel to office in East London.
