Job summary

Bid Resource Solutions is seeking a Bid Coordinator for a hybrid role in Manchester. You will join a close-knit work-winning team, delivering high-value bid submissions with strong attention to detail and relationships across internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end bid processes, designing layouts in InDesign, and maintaining the bid library. A heritage architectural firm ethos is noted, with employee ownership and a focus on quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent InDesign skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience dealing with people at all levels of seniority.
• Experience in bids or tenders would be great, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposals and presentations.
• Oversee end-to-end bid process and ensure bid procedures are followed correctly.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, to produce high-quality bid submissions.
• Review information for bids to ensure consistency and accuracy; proofreading is essential.
• Design layouts for bids and tenders; collate relevant images and graphics for submissions.
• Assist with internal bid library filing and housekeeping, including staff CVs, project case studies and photographs.
• Report on and understand the principles of winning bids and analysis with stakeholders.
