Job summary

Naimuri is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the Business Development team across pre-qualification, qualification, proposal development and sign-off stages. You will help manage end-to-end bid processes, maintain case studies and CV libraries, and coordinate inputs from technical, delivery, commercial and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid management, capture or procurement desirable.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Google Workspace and MS Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring framework portals to identify bid opportunities.
• Schedule qualification, storyboarding sessions and review calls.
• Maintain bid folder hierarchies for knowledge management.
• Collaborate with bid teams using Slack and coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Champion version control and ensure branding, formatting and security standards.
• Update case studies and CV libraries with inputs from technical, delivery and capability leads.
