Job summary

Bid Resource Solutions is seeking a Bid Coordinator in Manchester with hybrid working (three days in the office, two at home). The role offers a salary of £30,000–£33,500 basic, plus a profit share, external training, 25 days holidays, pension, healthcare, gym subsidies, and an electric car scheme.

You will join a renowned architectural and heritage practice, collaborating with the Bid Coordinator team and Bid Manager to deliver high-value bid submissions and maximise the firm's success.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience dealing with people at all levels of seniority and ability to adjust communication style to stakeholders.
• Experience in bids or tenders would be great, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposals and presentations.
• Oversee the end-to-end bid process and ensure bid procedures are followed correctly.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, to produce high-quality bid submissions.
• Review information provided for bids to ensure consistency and accuracy; proofreading is essential.
• Design layouts for bids and tenders, collating images and graphics for submissions.
• Assist with internal bid library filing and housekeeping (staff CVs, project case studies, photographs).
• Report on and understand the principles of winning bids and analysis with stakeholders.
