Job summary

Bespoke Careers are partnering with an award-winning, employee-owned architecture and heritage practice in Manchester to recruit a creative Bid Coordinator. You will own the end-to-end bid process, producing high-quality submissions and supporting wider business development activity within a collaborative culture.

The role requires strong InDesign skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids against tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bid Coordinator or in a similar bid-driven role.
• Proven track record managing high-value bids and tenders.
• Strong InDesign and layout skills with high-quality document production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organised with strong time-management to meet deadlines.
• Experience engaging stakeholders at all levels and using procurement portals.
• Prior architecture, construction, or built-environment exposure is desirable.
• Hybrid working approach with three days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and on time
• Work closely with Partners and internal stakeholders to develop high-quality proposals and presentation materials
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, to create visually engaging and professional bid submissions
• Design layouts and collate relevant imagery, graphics, project information and supporting content
• Review and proofread submissions to ensure consistency, accuracy and attention to detail
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously, working with a range of stakeholders and deadlines
• Maintain and develop bid library content, including CVs, project case studies and photography
• Support bid analysis, including reviewing wins and losses and identifying lessons learned
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and introduce greater efficiencies
• Collaborate with the wider Business Development and Marketing teams on strategic initiatives
