Ops Business Intelligence Analyst – Luton
The Operations Insights & Improvements team is an analytics function that creates data tools and solutions to help colleagues across the business reach their goals. Our stakeholders cover the full Operations landscape, including Engineering, Ground Ops, Crew Planning, Ops Strategy and more.
We’re looking for a BI Analyst to help design and develop key data products that drive better operational performance. This role will be central to shaping how we use data across Operations, with a real impact on planning and day-to-day delivery.
As an Ops Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll turn complex data into clear insights that help shape smarter decisions across Operations. You’ll build reports and dashboards, carry out analysis to answer real business questions, and work with senior colleagues to track performance. Alongside this, you’ll champion the use of data by making tools easy to use, sharing best practice, and communicating findings in a clear, engaging way. It’s a role where you’ll have the freedom to manage your own projects and the chance to make a real impact on how we plan and deliver our operations.
You’ll bring a sharp eye for data and a knack for turning numbers into stories people can act on. Whether through your studies or experience, you know how to work with data tools and you’re eager to keep building your skills in SQL, Python or visualisation platforms like Tableau or PowerBI. You’re organised, adaptable and thrive under pressure, but what really sets you apart is your ability to communicate clearly and build great relationships, helping everyone see the real value in data.
This full-time role will be based in Luton. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office with some travel required
At easyJet our aim is to make low-cost travel easy – connecting people to what they value using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.

Whether you’re working as part of our front-line operations or in our corporate functions, you’ll find people that are positive, inclusive, ready to take on a challenge, and that have your back. We call that our ‘Orange Spirit’, and we hope you’ll share that too.
