A leading care provider in Shenstone is seeking a Benefits Manager to define, track, and realise project benefits. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential benefits, develop realisation plans, and monitor progress. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to ensure alignment with organisational objectives. This role offers a fixed term contract for 18 months.

The Benefits Manager is responsible for ensuring that the strategic value of a project or programme is clearly defined, effectively tracked, and ultimately realised. This role involves identifying, defining, planning, and monitoring measurable benefits that justify the investment. By implementing robust processes and maintaining close collaboration with stakeholders, the Benefits Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that projects deliver tangible value and contribute to strategic goals.
Ensure planned benefits are achieved by enabling the delivery and adoption of required systems, processes, and changes.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure ownership of the benefits, effective measurement of progress towards realising them and documenting progress.
Work to identify opportunities for additional benefits to be achieved during the project lifecycle and update benefits documentation to reflect them.
Analyse challenges, stakeholder expectations, and impacts on financial performance, operational efficiency, and satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to secure buy-in and promote active support.
Maintain ongoing engagement to ensure alignment and support for benefit delivery.
Provide regular updates to senior management on benefit realisation progress.
Offer assurance that benefits remain achievable and are being tracked effectively.
Apply established principles, including SMART criteria (Specific, Measurable, Agreed, Realistic, Time-bound), to guide benefit planning and delivery.
Analyse relevant data to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and optimisebenefit outcomes.
