On behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs we are looking for a Benefits Manager for a 12-month contract based in Derby, hybrid working. 1-2 days per week on site.
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Benefits Manager to take ownership of our employee benefits programs. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all benefits offerings are fully compliant with relevant regulations while continuously enhancing the overall value and appeal of our benefits to support employee wellbeing and satisfaction.
You will manage our TotalReward benefits portal, overseeing a wide range of flexible employee benefits, including our Company and Employee Car Leasing schemes, as well as a variety of other perks designed to enrich the employee experience. A key part of your role will involve providing expert support to employees, helping them navigate the complexities of benefits administration and ensuring they fully understand and can access the benefits available to them.
We will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
