The Opportunity

A great opportunity for an experienced Bench Joiner to join a well-established main contractor with an in-house joinery function. You'll be workshop-based, producing high-quality bespoke joinery items for use across a range of commercial, residential and specialist construction projects.

This role offers stability, consistent workload and the chance to work as part of a skilled, professional team delivering quality craftsmanship.

Role Overview

• Manufacturing bespoke joinery items within a workshop environment.
• Working from technical drawings and specifications.
• Producing high-quality components to tight tolerances.
• Operating workshop machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring quality standards are met before items leave the workshop.
• Working closely with site teams to meet programme requirements.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

About You

• Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or Workshop Joiner.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed joinery drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Confident using joinery machinery and hand tools.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
