Job summary

Vivo Talent is seeking a Country Manager to drive growth in Belgium for a leading lighting manufacturer. The role focuses on developing new business, securing major projects and building long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, distributors and key decision makers.

You will manage complex sales, identify specification opportunities, deliver technical presentations, and work with an existing agent network to maximise opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM records

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales in lighting or building products.
• Strong network in Belgium and ability to generate new business.
• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and French preferred; English desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and secure major projects in Belgium.
• Build and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, distributors and key stakeholders.
• Identify specification opportunities and convert them into sales; deliver technical presentations and customer visits.
• Coordinate quotations and project requirements with the wider team and agent network.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular pipeline and sales forecasts.
