Job summary

Peak International is seeking a Territory Manager for the Benelux region. The role is field-based with around 50% travel to Brussels and Flanders, focusing on driving revenue through direct customer engagement and distributor collaboration.

You will own sales targets, develop territory plans, and build a strong pipeline across Peak's product portfolio in a technically driven sales environment. English is essential; French is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hitting sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Experience in technical, scientific, laboratory or industrial sales.
• Strong commercial acumen and disciplined sales management.
• Ability to work independently across a geographical territory.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with distributors or OEM partners.
• Fluency in English; French is advantageous.

• Own and deliver sales targets across the Benelux region.
• Drive growth and market penetration across Peak's full product portfolio.
• Identify, prioritize and convert new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory plans for revenue growth.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prospect and generate new business through outreach.
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer meetings.
• Progress opportunities through the sales cycle to closure.
• Develop relationships with distributors, OEM partners, and end users.
• Provide solution-focused sales support tailored to customer applications.
