Job summary

Musgrave is seeking a Telesales Operator at our MarketPlace Belfast Office. The role focuses on handling customer calls, processing orders, and promoting our product ranges to drive sales and satisfaction.

You will build relationships, support promotions, and work to grow both new and existing accounts. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in telesales or customer service, with strong communication skills and the ability to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in telesales or customer service.
• Strong telephone manner and professional communication.
• Ability to meet service levels, targets, and KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with product knowledge and support.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
• Promote Musgrave and Drinks Inc product ranges to customers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales via cross-sell and upsell.
• Inform customers of current promotions, launches, and offers.
• Support retention and growth with a positive customer experience.
• Liaise with Business Development Managers and Sales Reps on enquiries, pricing and requests.
• Set up new customer accounts and assist with contract administration.
• Conduct outbound calls to engage customers and generate opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Stay up to date with wholesale/foodservice market trends.
