Job summary

Brook Street Recruitment is recruiting for a Telesales Executive in Belfast. You will proactively engage with new and existing business customers, identify sales opportunities and convert leads into revenue.

The role requires identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and maintaining an active CRM pipeline. You will work towards monthly targets with on-site parking and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or telesales.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers by phone and email.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Follow up leads and nurture opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Aim to meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports.
