A growing company in Belfast is seeking a Network Operations Center Engineer to ensure the stability of IT systems and support customers. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a NOC or IT support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in IT and networking (CCNA desirable).
• Familiarity with ITIL and SLA environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, log and resolve faults across IT and network infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Juniper and Adtran devices.
• Manage circuit faults (ADSL, SDSL, Ethernet, NGA, MPF, SMPF).
