Job summary

Hydrogen UK Ltd in Belfast is seeking a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer for a 24/7 on-site role at our Belfast Head Office. The position requires experience in operational or NOC environments, with security clearance or eligibility, and a rotation pattern: two cycles of day shifts, then nights, with 4 days on/off and 4 nights on/off.

As a NOC Engineer you will monitor and troubleshoot incidents, escalate where needed, and liaise with third‑party suppliers, always communicating clearly

Qualifications

• Experience in operational or NOC environments.
• Security clearance or eligible to obtain Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot network and IT incidents within SLAs.
• Serve as a key escalation point and support field engineers.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers and maintain clear incident communications.
