  • Lead the Behaviour Support Room and provide targeted support to students.
  • Use restorative conversations to help students reflect, regulate and refocus.
  • Maintain accurate behaviour records and contribute to wellbeing interventions.

Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionateand committed individual to join our highly regarded pastoral team. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strongemotional intelligence and the ability to build positive relationships withyoung people. They will support students through restorative conversations,helping them learn from challenging situations and make positive choices goingforward and develop strategies for future success.

You will work closely with our pastoral and inclusion teams, supportingstudents with a wide range of needs and contributing to interventions thatimprove wellbeing, behaviour and engagement with learning. The role alsoinvolves maintaining accurate behaviour records and identifying patterns thatcan help shape effective support strategies.
