The successful candidate will lead reflection and restorative processes, deliver targeted interventions and monitor engagement data to drive improvements across the school community.

This is an important pastoral role focused on ensuring that all students feel safe, included and ready to learn. The successful candidate will work proactively with students, staff and families to remove barriers to learning, promote positive behaviour and support emotional wellbeing.
Through consistent guidance, targeted interventions and strong professional relationships, the Behaviour and Reflection Manager will help create and maintain a calm, respectful and ambitious school environment where every student is supported to achieve their personal best.
