Salary: £101.40 - £120 per day

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering 1:1 and small group behaviour support tailored to individual pupils
  • Implementing positive behaviour strategies, de-escalation techniques, and emotional regulation tools
  • Supporting pupils with Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and communication difficulties to engage in learning
  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and pastoral staff to achieve EHCP outcomes
  • Promoting independence, social skills, resilience, and confidence
  • Monitoring, recording, and reporting on pupil progress and behaviour interventions
  • Helping maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience supporting children or young people with SEND or SEMH
  • Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and positive intervention techniques
  • Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach under pressure
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Full-time commitment during term-time (Monday-Friday)
