Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

We're working with inclusive and forward-thinking schools across North London that are looking for confident and compassionate Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with SEMH, ADHD, autism, and behavioural needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in sports, youth work, or psychology who\'s ready to make a real difference - both inside and outside the classroom.

Your Role
  • Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to students needing emotional and behavioural support.
  • Help pupils regulate emotions, manage behaviour, and re-engage positively with learning.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students, acting as a consistent and positive role model.
  • Encourage teamwork, resilience, and self-belief through structured activities and sport-based mentoring.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff to promote inclusion and wellbeing.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
