Overview

Behaviour Coach – Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. This role is focused on supporting young people aged 11-18 who present with SEMH, SEN, and complex behavioural needs in a specialist SEMH provision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils requiring behavioural support
• Implement tailored strategies to encourage positive learning behaviours
• Collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff to maintain consistent support
• Act as a mentor, role model, and coach for pupils overcoming barriers to education

What we"re looking for

• Proven experience with SEMH, SEN, or behavioural support (essential)
• Backgrounds in youth work, care, or alternative education welcomed
