Requirements

• Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments.
• Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them.
• Has the ability to work with sales targets.
• Making sure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatment.
• Maintenance and cleaning of all machines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required).
• Team Player who works collaboratively.
• A positive and friendly attitude with your clients.
• Attention to detail when dealing with client's records.
• Excellent standards with regards to Client Experience.
