Overview

Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Primark Blackpool. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store. You'll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!

Role location and hours

This role will primarily be based within the FY1 4RY postcode.

Confirmed working hours: 10

Tuesday 07:00 - 10:00
Friday 06:00 - 10:00
Sunday 08:00 - 11:00

Scope

There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Toys and General Merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Product Placement and Replenishment
• Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal
• Ensure as much stock as possible is out on shelves in order to drive sales
• Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages
• Beauty Knowledge: become an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends
• Compliance and Standards: follow merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance
• Follow and implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and offers
• Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application
