Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Counter Lead to support the Brand in driving sales turnover and market share while keeping the consumer at the center. You will reflect a credible brand image, maximise sales through service excellence, and implement local marketing and events aligned with retailer activity.

You will manage refunds and complaints per guidelines, use digital tools to stay informed, and develop a loyal consumer base while ensuring store standards and health & safety

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer facing environment.
• Effective communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Commercial understanding and awareness of industry.

• Reflect a credible and professional Brand image to all consumers.
• Maximise sales through selling and excellent service.
• Deliver Brand Strategy and local marketing & events initiatives.
