• Utilise digital tools and social media to protect and enhance the brand image.
• Plan local marketing and events aligned to retailer activity and brand strategy.
• Deliver outstanding service and maintain a zero-complaints mindset.
• Act as brand ambassador, ensuring brand values are brought to life.
• Manage refunds/complaints per company guidelines and consult Area Manager when needed.
