Job summary

Santander UK is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor for the Beaumont Leys branch. You will be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling transactions, assisting with technology, and supporting customers over the phone.

This is a 35-hour-per-week role, with a rota from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You will join a close-knit team in Retail Banking, building relationships, solving problems, and contributing to an outstanding customer experience as you develop knowledge of

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or via telephony (Required)
• Clear communication with customers to understand needs (Required)
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers (Preferred)

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
