A-LIGN Compliance and Security UK Ltd is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to build and manage our growing BDR team in the SMB and mid-market segments. You will drive sales execution, coach daily activity, and optimize programs across inbound and outbound initiatives.

You will partner with Sales and Marketing to develop opportunities, measure performance, and hand off high-quality leads. This is a high-impact role reporting to the BDR Manager.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
• Experience: Extensive lead generation and sales development experience in a high-paced B2B environment.
• CRM: Proficiency with CRM applications, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and plan day-to-day strategies to motivate, coach, and counsel BDRs.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in lead generation, program growth, and opportunity quality.
• Develop long-term strategies to enhance performance including commissions, contests, training, and quality programs.
• Align with Sales to enable communication and support BDR career development.
• Own the CRM process for BDRs and propose improvements.
• Deliver regular KPI reports to directors and provide career development guidance.
