Ignite Talent Group Ltd in Manchester is seeking a motivated BDM to convert warm, pre-qualified leads into long-term clients. You will conduct client demos, provide expert product insights, and contribute to the growth of the business through your sales achievements.

This role offers a base salary of £35,000 plus uncapped commission with an OTE of £80,000+, and rewards including profit share, generous holiday allowance, pension and perks. Typical Monday–Friday with one Saturday shift per month.

Formación

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in a consultative or B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities; target-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Conduct engaging client demonstrations with decision-makers.
• Manage and develop your sales pipeline effectively.
• Collaborate with alternate teams to maximise opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to clients.
• Analyse data to inform sales strategy and decision-making.
