Portfolio Group in Manchester is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager to close deals with mid-market and enterprise clients, backed by a team of lead generators and guaranteed qualification meetings. Enterprise Business Development Manager

Manchester | Competitive Base salary + Joining Bonus | Uncapped Commission | £150,000+ OTE Potential

If you’re already a successful BDM, who works with mid-market/enterprise clients, and you know how to run a great sales meeting, deliver a compelling software demonstration and close a deal, this could be your opportunity to take your earnings and your career to another level.

We’re looking for proven sales closers to join a high-performing Manchester team.

And there’s one major difference between this role and your typical BDM position:

You don’t have to prospect. We’ll fill your diary.

You’ll have a team of 5/6 dedicated Lead Generators booking qualified meetings directly into your diary every day.

That means you can focus on what you’re good at:

• Meeting decision-makers.
• Demonstrating the platform.
• Understanding their needs.
• Closing the deal.

Just quality conversations with people who have already agreed to meet.

How much can you earn?

• Your earning potential is genuinely uncapped.

Your role is to close

• Your meetings will take place primarily through Zoom or Teams, giving you the opportunity to speak directly with decision-makers and demonstrate an established, award-winning platform.
• You won’t be expected to deliver the same presentation to every prospect.
• Your job is to understand their business, uncover what they need and tailor the demonstration around the value the platform can provide.
