Job summary

Mitchell Maguire invites a driven Business Development Manager to lead field sales for CCTV, intruder alarms, access control and fire alarms. You will target high-end installations and monitoring services, leveraging your network to grow our presence in heritage properties and local authorities.

The role targets substantial new business revenue (£400k–£600k annually) with projects from £2k to £100k, supported by a hybrid work setup and a company car or car allowance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field sales
• Experience selling CCTV, intruder alarms, access control or fire alarms
• Knowledge of NSI and/or FIA regulations beneficial
• Strong network in the fire & security marketplace
• Self-motivated and autonomous with a focus on new business

Responsibilities

• Field sales role predominantly selling high-end CCTV systems and related security solutions
• Promote our monitoring services from dedicated monitoring station
• Generate circa £400,000–£600,000 of new business revenue per annum
• Handle projects from £2,000 to £100,000 with average order around £30,000
• Leverage your own industry contacts to drive opportunities
