Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Business Development Manager for Fire & Security Systems to drive field sales across the UK. You will focus primarily on CCTV and related security solutions, selling directly to end users in logistics, industrial and commercial sectors.

You should bring a proven field sales track record within fire and security, plus a strong network and autonomous, self-motivated drive. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive package including a company car or car

Qualifications

• Proven field sales record in fire and security.
• Experience selling CCTV is advantageous.
• Strong network within fire & security marketplace.
• Self-motivated, autonomous hunter of new business.
• Ability to promote turn-key security solutions.
• Electrical or engineering background is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Sell specialist security solutions to end users in logistics, industrial, and commercial sectors.
• Focus 80% on CCTV, 20% on fire, intruder alarms and access control.
• Develop new business with leads from manufacturers and existing customers.
• Manage projects from small (£2,000) to large (£400,000).
• Target annual turnover of £700,000–£800,000.
