Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Business Development Manager for Fire & Security Systems to drive UK field sales. You will target end users in logistics, industrial and commercial sectors with CCTV emphasis and a turnkey security approach.

The role offers a £55,000 base plus commission, with a realistic £170,000 OTE, and a hybrid benefits package including a company car or car allowance. A proven field sales track record in fire and security is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable field sales track record in fire and security
• Experience selling CCTV is ideal but not essential
• Network of contacts in fire & security marketplace
• Self-motivated, autonomous, new business hunter
• Willingness to promote a turnkey security solution

Responsibilities

• Field sales role predominantly selling specialist security solutions
• 80% CCTV focussed, 20% fire alarms, intruder alarms and access control
• Selling direct to end users within logistics, industrial and commercial sectors
• New business development role
• Targets £700,000-£800,000
• Projects from £2,000 for small works up to £400,000 for large projects
• Leads provided from partnered manufacturers, plus a dormant list of customers as well as Glenigan or Barber ABI can be provided
• Ideally utilising your own network of possible contacts within the industry
