EQ Share Plan Solutions in London is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow the new business pipeline in Employee Share Plan transfers and launches. You will work with our bid and commercial teams to craft proposals and pricing for opportunities.

Based at our Moor Place, Barbican office with flexibility to work from home, the role offers £60,000 base salary with £90,000 on-target earnings and uncapped commission.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Employee Share Plans essential.
• Client-focused with ability to understand needs.
• Ability to articulate value of sales proposition.
• Experience dealing with senior corporate clients in meetings.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and collaborative.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business leads and manage incoming enquiries.
• Craft proposals with pricing for Employee Share Plan opportunities.
• Identify senior decision makers and accelerate buying processes.
• Promote EQ Share Plan Solutions as a thought-leader.
• Build relationships with advisor communities and company secretarial teams.
• Assist onboarding new clients as they transition to relationship management.
• Identify additional services for new clients.
• Collaborate with marketing to produce compelling campaigns.
• Maintain opportunities in the CRM.
• Foster internal stakeholder collaboration.
