Job summary

Equiniti is hiring a Business Development Manager for EQ Share Plan Solutions in London. You will drive new business for Employee Share Plan transfers and launches, collaborating with bid, commercial, and marketing teams to win opportunities and convert inquiries into clients.

You will engage senior decision makers, expand the client base, and help onboard new clients while exploring additional services to offer. Flexible work options accompany a strong, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Share Plans essential.
• Client-focused approach centered on client needs.
• Able to articulate the value of the sales proposition.
• Experience dealing with senior-level corporate clients in meetings (F2F/online).
• Driven, confident and tenacious with an entrepreneurial approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the BDM and bid/commercial teams to craft compelling proposals and pricing for Employee Share Plan opportunities.
• Proactively generate new business leads and manage inbound inquiries from client-facing events.
• Identify senior decision makers and accelerate buying conversations at the appropriate level.
• Promote EQ Share Plan Solutions as a thought leader and network with advisor communities and relevant teams.
• Support onboarding of new clients until they are transitioned to relationship management.
• Identify additional services to offer to new clients and work with marketing on campaigns and materials.
• Maintain and update opportunities in the CRM and foster internal stakeholder collaboration.
