I am currently recruiting for a highly organised and strategic Marketing & Business Development Executive to join the London BD team of one of our leading international law firm clients, supporting the Leveraged Finance and Capital Markets practice areas. This permanent, full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the firm's most high-profile groups, alongside global colleagues and top-tier partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shaping and delivering practice-wide BD and marketing strategies
  • Creating compelling client pitches, credentials, and presentations
  • Maintaining key deal and client data for dynamic marketing output
  • Coordinating legal directory submissions and award entries
  • Crafting internal and external communications across multiple platforms
  • Planning high-impact client events and campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Championing our CRM tools to enhance targeting and relationship management
The Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years' BD/marketing experience in a legal or professional services setting
  • Exposure to multi-jurisdictional proposals and cross-border teams
  • Outstanding written communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive initiative, commercial awareness, and strong attention to detail
  • Confidence using CRM platforms like InterAction
  • A passion for the legal industry and building lasting client connections
