A leading housing association in Blandford Forum is seeking an experienced Bathroom Fitter Multi Trade Operative to join their Property Team. In this role, you will complete full bathroom refurbishments and perform plumbing maintenance tasks. Candidates must have at least NVQ level 2 or equivalent in plumbing, along with significant experience in wall tiling and carpentry. We're currently recruiting for an experienced/qualified Bathroom Fitter Multi Trade Operative, to join our Property Team in our Blandford locality. As you will spend a fair amount of time on the road, we will provide you with a business use van and fuel card so you won't be out of pocket.

As a Mullti Skilled Bathroom fitter you will complete Full Bathroom refurbishment projects in SNG's properties within our Planned Bathroom refurbishment Team, and other plumbing maintenance tasks elsewhere in line with work schedules, depending on the demands of the business.
You should have a minimum of NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing OR have at least 5 years experience within this core trade. You will have at least 3 years experience of wall tiling to a high standard, and experience in carpentry. You will have experience of working in occupied premises and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Have a strong health and safety mindset, with knowledge of health & safety best practices.
Enjoy working as part of a team
The ability to use mobile technology such as iPad or PDA is essential. A current CSCS card is desirable.
This is a full time role, working 40 Hours per week, with the opportunity to supplement your salary through call out and overtime at competitive rates to enhance your earnings!
Due to the requirement to travel within this role, you must hold a full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 years driving experience and have the ability to drive a company van.
