The ideal candidate will have over a year of experience in a similar fast-paced role and will be passionate about food and drinks. Responsibilities include delivering excellent cocktails, maintaining hygiene standards, and upselling beverages. This role can be full-time or part-time based on availability.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and guest focussed Bartender to join our Food & Beverage Team. This can be full-time or part-time hours, based on your availability,

The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink related and have knowledge and experience of making cocktails.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering best in class cocktails and hot beverages
• Upselling of beverages
• Maintaining hygiene standards and always keeping the bar organised, stocked and clean
• Completing stock takes
• Holding a strong knowledge of our operating systems
• Following opening and closing procedures
• Being up to date on all H&S and Food Hygiene procedures

The ideal candidate will be:

• A knowledgeable bartender with +1 years’ experience in a similar, fast paced role.
• Passionate about all things food and beverage.
• Self‑motivated and have a proactive approach.
• Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail Willing to learn
