Overview
The Bartender will oversee the Bar area, supporting the team to deliver exceptional service, creating and maintaining drinks and service standards while driving sales through upselling and repeat guests. Salary: £15.85 plus Tronc. Working 5 days over 7. Gallery opening hours are 10-6, excluding Fridays (10-9) and weekends 8-6.
Responsibilities
- You are passionate about food and drinks.
- Manage the overall beverage offer for the restaurant including cocktails, beers, garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain service and operational standards for the bar, using best practices and efficiencies where possible.
- Assist with the maintenance of cocktail lists including new and innovative products and combinations while keeping GP and stock control in mind.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and clients.
- Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude throughout service, acting as an ambassador for the brand.
- Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity.
- Additional duties as assigned or required by the General Manager.
- You work with passion and positivity.
- You aim to leave lasting impressions on every guest through enthusiastic and professional service.
- You have 1-2 years in a bartender position and a strong beverage background.
- A love of coffee is desirable.
