We are a small, independent, quality coffee, patisserie & fresh food company that is growing. We are seeking a full-time, career-minded person to join us for a rewarding role. Responsibilities

• Be a provider of high-quality coffee, patisserie, cakes, delicious sandwiches, healthy juices and smoothies at great prices.
• Deliver personal, friendly service and contribute to a positive team environment with a good sense of humor.
• Work in a fast-paced setting, making coffee, smoothies and/or sandwiches, and learn to prepare items as needed.
• Maintain food handling standards (Food Handling Level 2 certified or willingness to obtain certification).
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure quality and value for our customers.
• Share in a collaborative team approach where everyone contributes to tasks as needed.

• We are open Monday-Friday in South London.
• Starting salary £13 per hour; opportunity for quick increases with strong performance.
• No early or late shifts; three rotating 8-hour shifts shared by the team.
• Full weekends off; 28 paid holidays (including 8 bank holidays).
• Work with friendly colleagues and managers; everyone contributes to all tasks as needed.
